Being beautiful when you're young or new is easy but true beauty can only be found with age. Learn how to turn a new item into a true thing of beauty. We will start by creating embellishments casts from clay, stamps and molds. We'll cover our objects with a variety of unusual items to create an interesting texture. We will then turn it into an aged metal masterpiece with a easy painting technique that will turn any object into an old patina treasure. This is project workshop.

Supply list for students

• One or two items to transform, anything with a porous surface such as unfinished wood, book cover, paper Mache, cardboard, or canvas.
• Small, medium and large paint brushes, palette knife
• File or emery board
• Scissors
• Painters Calk and Calk Gun from the hardware store
• Heat Gun
• Pencil

• Any stamps, molds, or found object you wish to add to your artwork. Any objects can be turned into metal even plastic.
